Personal LLM ("the App") runs open AI models on your device. On iPhone and iPad, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. On Android, it is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service together with these terms.
Answers are generated by the model you choose, on your device, and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important with a reliable source, and don't rely on the App for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
Models are downloaded from their publishers' public repositories (such as Hugging Face) at your request and are provided under their own licenses (for example Apache 2.0 for Qwen, the Gemma Terms of Use for Gemma). You are responsible for using each model within its license. Models you add by URL are your choice and your responsibility.
Pro removes all ads and unlocks the Pro features described in the App. It is offered as:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If a plan includes a free trial, the trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before; on iOS, any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them under their policies: Apple, Google Play. Use "Restore purchases" in the App to bring Pro to a new device signed in to the same store account.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. You can watch an optional short video to turn ads off for a day, where offered; that does not unlock Pro features. See the Privacy Policy for what ads collect.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP OR OF ANY ANSWER IT GENERATES. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Changes never raise the price of a subscription you already have without the notice and consent your store requires.
